Folder table of contents: Add aliases

The table of contents currently only contains the main (current) names of the lectures. Improvement:

• Add an asterisk to each name which has aliases
• Add an asterisk-note at the bottom of the page: "alternative names on the back page"
• List the aliases of all lectures in this folder on the back page of the toc

This would help ...

• if people know and search the lectures by other names than the main one
• if the name on the exam / protocol doesn't match the main name
